Our workshops must be completed in sequence: Syzygy Step One is required before Step Two, Step Two before Step Three. Step One can be bypassed if you have completed IFS Institute Level One Training (or if you have submitted a Prerequisite Request Form, and received approval). Even for our Step One, we highly recommend some prior exposure to IFS (reading - at a minimum).

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH: March 22nd and 23rd, 2024: Step 2: IFS-Informed EMDR with Crystal Whitlow (Friday & Saturday)

• Location: Residence Inn Salt Lake City Murray 171 East 5300 South Murray, UT 84107

• Times: 9:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time. One hour break for lunch each day at about 12:00pm - 1:00pm, and two additional small breaks.

CINCINNATI, OHIO: April 12th & 13th, 2024: Step 1: Intro to IFS with Crystal Whitlow (Friday & Saturday)

• Location: ADC Fine Art Gallery, 1013 York Street, Cincinnati, OH

  Free parking is across the street in a private lot

• Times: 9:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Time. One hour break for lunch each day at about 12:00pm - 1:00pm, and two additional small breaks.
